Love my Dough Press!!!!
I made spinach pies for my family and the size was perfect. Make sure you shield the edges of the dough with little of water before you press it together. Brush the top with egg wash and pierce some holes on top for the steam to escape.
I love it so much I bought three more for the rest of the family.
