Use and Care
All Kaiser Bakeware pans are safe up to 450 degrees F in the oven.
Brush thin layer of butter or oil on interior of pan prior to each use.
The butter guarantees perfect release and promotes a smooth, tightly sealed
crust, even browning and good flavor. No need to line the pan with parchment
paper or dust the pan with flour, which can produce an unattractive white
crust.
Designed to provide perfect release when removing baked goods from pan.
Magnum coating designed to withstand cutting. Any utensils, including sharp
knives, can be used in the pan without damaging the surface.
Clean with hot water, soap and a soft sponge/dishcloth. Avoid using
