Made in France by DeBuyer in partnership with the “Ecole du Grand Chocolat Valrhona,” this brushed-finish stainless steel tart ring has small holes that enable uniform baking of pie/tart edges. The edge is designed for easy removal and a perfect pastry rim. Thickness is 1/32 inch.

Nice rings poor packaging
The rings are good quality but they came in an envelope instead of a box. By the time they got here they had been bent into an oval. Luckily I was able to return them to a nearly round shape.
