Mini double guitar for ganache with plastic base 24x24cm. Includes 2 stainless wire-holding frames, both with 30mm space between each pair of adjacent wires, one plastic spatula and tools for maintenance. Suited for small output but also for schools, restaurants, ice cream shops and chocolate stores. Not recommended for cutting marshmallows.
