    a) Get a fleeting look at text-and-photo pages in either recipe book from Demarle, “Exceptional Excursions with Flexipan” or “Choosing Flexipan,” 

    b) Pick from “Portfolio” items—Flexipan, Flexipat, Relief Mat, Silform, Cutters or Baking Trays—to see a virtual slide show of handpicked samples of any one of those six Portfolio product groups, or 

    c) View Demarle’s product demos. This section comprises the bulk of the DVD, for which experts were filmed while cleaning or using Demarle’s equipment in bakery kitchens. In one of numerous silicone-tool-in-use illustrations, you’ll see a professional squeezing out some chocolate cream to get a Flexipan’s "sapphire" cavity filled, before he inserts a solid vanilla sapphire center, and tops the combo off with a pre-baked layer of cake, then freezes the whole in a blast chiller and takes it out, to reveal a dish that will titillate anyone’s taste buds. No-less-elaborate steps are taken in making baked or frozen “logs”; spoon-shaped nougatine, sponge or meringue; mini muffins; or frozen-pudding petit fours.
