Same reliable quality as last time
Perfect for my family's holiday baking and distribution. Have been using these for years and by now all my fruitcake and quick bread recipes are adapted to them. Nothing ever sticks to the siliconized inside. They cope with heavy fruitcake batter (800-950 g per mold) without bulging, and the rims are easily labeled using a sharpie marker.
