Rolls nicely but... It is good to work with and rolls nice and thin with but I cannot stand the strong artificial smell. This artificial odor surrounds the covered cake; its gross. I have no idea why Satin Ice would ruin otherwise good fondant with such a strong chemical smell and taste. Give me Massa Ticino any day. It is delicious and has a mild vanilla fragrance. I had high hopes but I'm disappointed.

Nice to work with It does knead, roll and hold shape better than regular Satin Ice Fondant, also there is less cracking than regular fondant. It definitely has a smoother end result. If you are used to the Satin Ice Fondant flavor you will not get it. There's just a completely different flavor to it. I cannot seem to identify it. But as far as looks and workability its really good.
