Perfect This is so much better than canned cherries. The pastry does not get soft. We use this to stuff cream cheese cookies and the moisture level is perfect.

love this cherry pastry filling as my family loves cake but not a lot of frosting, I use pastry filling between the layers as a topping, with only frosting on the sides.
