Purchased this fry pan to replace my old non-stick skillet.The quality of this de-buyer carbon steel fry pan is excellent and will last a life time just like my cast iron skillet but not as heavy. very impressed so far with it's performance. Be sure to read the instruction's the factory protected coating need's to be removed before the seasoning process can take place.
