de Buyer Steel Fry Pan
This is my second de Buyer fry pan, the first being too small for big family dinners. These are great pans and if you follow the directions they are virtually non stick. We make Beef Wellington which requires a high heat sear before roasting in the oven. I also cook large amounts of ground beef for chili.
A large pan will brown meat better as it allows space for the steam to escape.
