    *A steam pan with handles for lifting it out of the unit. Nesting in the well of the unit, the vat contains the chocolate. Covering the vat with the lid (included) retains heat best. Through a corner hole in the vat you insert the temperature probe into the chocolate.

    Using the chocMELTER chocolate warmer/heater means spending less time at a pot of chocolate on the stove to watch out for overheating. With the chocMELTER, you type in the target warmth, the digital display shows the current temperature and changes its numbers as the temperature climbs, and once the chocolate reaches the keyed-in temperature, the chocMelter clicks and shuts off.
