Dear customer: We try to describe items as accurately as possible. We cannot, however, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy. We evaluate each item and describe on its current condition as fully as possible with pictures and text. On used items, there can typically be some dents or scratches. While we clean those items before selling and try to recondition them as much as possible, we do not take all items completely apart. Buyers should not expect a spotless, new piece of equipment.
