    Vollum Brotform Round Proofing Basket, 7" Inner Diameter x 3.5" High, .5 Lbs.

    Simply flour the Brotform and place the kneaded dough in the basket for final rise. Once it has sufficiently risen, turn out the loaf and transfer it onto a baking sheet to bake. After use, simply tap out any excess flour. Occasionally you can brush out the flour with a dry, soft brush. Made of natural cane, handwoven following a century-old tradition.

    For .5 lb. loaf or 1/2 to 1 cup flour

Basket Does the Job I needed an additional proofing basket and came across this one while doing a search on Google. Havent had any problems with it yet. The bread seems to rise just as well as in my primary dish and nothing sticks. I like the look of it too, it seems as if it is old and well loved.
