Description
Vollum Brotform Proofing Basket 17" x 4", 1 lb.
Simply flour the Brotform and place the kneaded dough in the basket for final rise. Once it has sufficiently risen, turn out the loaf and transfer it onto a baking sheet to bake. After use, simply tap out any excess flour. Occasionally you can brush out the flour with a dry, soft brush. Made of natural cane, handwoven following a century-old tradition.
For 1/2 lb. loaf or 1/2 to 1 cup flour

Works like a charm.
I feel like Im treating my dough like royalty when I place it in this soft, sweet basket. It's really sturdy, but also flexible enough to allow the dough plenty of room to rise. This is how they did it in the olden days, and theres a reason why it works so well!
